Automated Product Data Synchronisation

We integrated MYOB AccountRight and WooCommerce to ensure real-time, consistent product updates across both systems. With MYOB AccountRight established as the source of truth, the following data fields now sync seamlessly:

  • Product titles
  • Descriptions
  • Attributes (sizes, quantities)
  • Attribute-based variations
  • SKUs
  • Item statuses and visibility
  • Backorders (sell below zero)

Custom Product Variation Management

We tailored our integration solution to allow Gammies Jewellery to create additional variations beyond their non-standard product variations. These additional variations are visible and selectable in WooCommerce only—not managed in MYOB AccountRight.

Order and Customer Data Mapping

Using WooCommerce as the source of truth, we mapped order and customer details across both platforms. Key synchronised data fields include:

  • Customer contact details
  • Order numbers
  • External reference numbers
  • Shipping and billing addresses
  • Customer tax zones
  • Tax IDs
  • Payment methods

Real-Time Stock Management

Our solution mapped real-time stock levels across MYOB AccountRight and WooCommerce. When an order is placed for a product or variation on the eCommerce platform, the corresponding stock is automatically deducted from MYOB AccountRight.
