Moto National Accessories had already installed MYOB Acumatica, a leading cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, for inventory and pricing management. However, the existence of over a dozen brand-specific websites, finely tuned for wholesalers and retailers, posed a unique challenge for the company. 

Moto National Accessories’ websites, while informative, lacked the functionality of identifying out-of-stock products for online transactions, complicating the process of consolidating product information.


The company had to manually streamline this process by downloading product details from all 17 websites. The absence of an automated mechanism within its MYOB Acumatica solution meant that Moto National Accessories was burdened with the task of creating a consolidated product list for its diverse clientele.

SAAS Integrator developed a custom solution using application programming interfaces (APIs) and plugins to aggregate product information from all websites, allowing Moto National Accessories’ customers to find and purchase products online quickly and easily.

We introduced a refined product status categorisation within the MYOB Acumatica ERP software, distinguishing between active and inactive products. 

The enhancement gave Moto National Accessories a clearer view of its product landscape, which enabled the company to streamline its inventory management and order fulfilment processes and increase customer satisfaction and efficiency. 

Middleware Integration 

We set up a middleware integration to act as a pivotal link between MYOB Acumatica and Moto National Accessories’ websites.

Intelligent Data Consolidation and Mapping Process 

We also added a mapping solution to align active and no-purchase products from the ERP system with corresponding items on each website. Our solution enabled the automatic compilation and updates for product changes on Moto National Accessories’ WooCommerce store into an Excel sheet, helping the company track and sync its active and no-purchase products across platforms.

Addition of Other Data Fields 

We also incorporated additional information absent in Moto National Accessories’ website export files, such as barcode information, MRP pricing, and other specified fields.

Real-Time Updates and Dashboard 

In response to Moto National Accessories’ need for real-time information, we introduced a user-friendly dashboard and ensured dynamic updates by synchronising changes made in the ERP system through push notifications.
