One Warehouse Is a Bottleneck. Your Stores Are Already Full of Stock.

Your stores hold stock your website can't use. Inventory sits across every location, but orders still ship from one warehouse. You pay more postage and lose sales on items in stock, just not where your website looks.

Store pickup runs on guesswork. Without a proper queue, staff can't see what's ready, customers wait at the counter, and orders get handed over twice or missed entirely.

Fulfilling from store by hand goes wrong fast. The order is right, then a staff member grabs the wrong size or puts the wrong label on the box. Two customers get each other's orders and you hear about it in a review.

Your systems stop talking after the sale. Once an order is exported to a shipping tool, the link to Shopify is cut. Stores dispatch things that were meant to change, and nobody can see it.

Nobody owns the order that goes wrong. Damaged, out of stock, can't locate. Bolt-on shipping tools assume every product is perfect and give staff nowhere to put the exceptions.

Order Management makes store fulfillment safe.

One staff app for the whole journey: pick with a scan, flag what can't be fulfilled, notify the customer by SMS, hand over or dispatch, and write it all back to Shopify in real time.

Every store becomes a fulfillment point, and head office sees every problem order across the network. It's designed for store staff to run on the iPads they already have, with virtually no training.

Closer Stock. Faster Delivery. Lower Cost.

Order Management runs natively on Shopify locations. No middleware, no second source of truth. That native link is what makes distributed fulfillment practical instead of risky.

Deliver faster from nearby stock

Fulfill from the store closest to the customer, not a warehouse on the other side of the country. Shorter legs, quicker delivery, fewer late-delivery complaints.

Cut your postage bill

Shorter delivery distances and fewer split shipments mean lower carrier costs across the board.

Sell stock you were sitting on

Every store's inventory becomes available to your website, so you stop losing online sales to "out of stock" when it's on a shelf nearby.

No new warehouse, no new hires

Use the stores, stock and iPads you already have. Turn fixed retail cost into online fulfillment capacity.

Re-route instead of refund

If the chosen store can't fulfill an order, reallocate it to one that can. Shopify updates the location automatically, so a stockout becomes a re-route, not a lost sale.

Pickup with no shipping cost

Store pickup skips the carrier entirely: no postage, no packing for transit, and customers often collect the same day. Your fastest, cheapest way to fulfill an online order.

Laser-focused on Shopify. Other tools try to cover every platform. We chose to get the native Shopify integration right, so your systems never stop talking after the sale.

One Queue From Order to Handover. Nothing Falls Through.

Every order, pickup or delivery, moves through the same simple tabs at whichever store fulfills it. Staff always know what's theirs to do, and head office always knows what's stuck.

Step 1: Pending Preparation

Every order for the store, in one list

Pickup and home delivery together. Print a picklist or hit Start Picking. Orders lock to the person picking them, so five staff never pick the same order twice.

Pending Preparation tab listing unfulfilled pickup and home-delivery orders
Step 2: Picking

Scan-verified, with a full audit trail

Scan each item, or skip-scan if you have permission. A progress bar tracks units, it auto-saves as you go, and every action is logged. Can't pick something? Flag it with a reason and it moves out of the way.

Step 3: Collect / Dispatch

Ready orders, packed and waiting

Mark a pickup Collected, dispatch a delivery, or resend the notification. Staff always know exactly what's ready and who prepared it.

Collect and Dispatch tab showing ready orders with Mark Collected and Dispatch actions
Step 4: Cannot Fulfill

The exception nobody forgets

Damaged, out of stock, can't locate. Problem orders sit here in plain sight until someone acts. View the slip, reopen it, reallocate it to another store that has stock, or refund.

Head Office

Decentralize Fulfillment Without Losing Control.

Every store fulfills on its own, but head office keeps one view of the whole network. The Service Dashboard is your control tower for the orders that need attention, across every location.

  • See every problem order across all stores, in real time.
  • Reallocate an order to a store that has stock, in one click.
  • Track service statuses you define, such as investigating, left message or sent email.
  • Refund from head office, using Shopify's native refund.

Give a head-office user only the Service Dashboard, and store staff never see it. Everyone gets exactly the view they need.

Everything Order Management Does

One app for pickup and delivery, from the shop floor to head office.

One queue, pickup + delivery

Both order types move through the same tabs at every store. No switching tools, no separate workflows.

Scan-verified picking

Barcode scanner or iPad camera. Enforce scanning store-wide, with skip-scan gated behind a PIN.

Full audit trail

Every item shows who scanned it and who picked manually. The picking slip records everything.

PIN-based staff security

Email and password to open the app, a per-action PIN to do anything. One PIN works at every location.

Configurable permission profiles

Manager, senior, casual, head office. Control refunds, scanning, reopening, dispatch and dashboard access, per role.

Bring-your-own SMS

Ready-for-pickup and dispatch texts on your own Twilio account. Wholesale carrier rates, no markup from us.

Order-lock while picking

When someone starts an order it locks to them, so busy stores never double-pick.

Reallocate to another store

When a store can't fulfill, re-route the order to one that has stock. Shopify's location updates automatically.

Australia Post labels & manifest Coming soon

Per-location eParcel accounts, consignment labels, bulk manifest, and tracking written back to Shopify. Rolling out as the next release.

Built for Retailers Who Sell Online and In Store

The reasons retailers move to a store-based fulfillment model, answered.

Turn stores into fulfillment points

Every location can pick, pack and dispatch online orders, not just the warehouse. Ship from the store nearest the customer and sell stock that was sitting on shelves.

Live the same day

Under 15 minutes to switch on each store, most of it just entering carrier details. Install from Shopify admin, add locations, share the link.

Productive in the first shift

Sign in, enter a PIN, follow the screen. Staff learn it without a manual. A two-minute video covers the rest.

Turn on stores as you need them

Pilot ship-from-store in one location, scale at your pace, or bring extra stores online for peak and switch them off after.

Control and accountability per staff

Decide exactly what each role can do, and every action is tied to a named staff member through the audit trail.

Designed to eliminate pick errors

Scan verification catches the wrong item before it is packed, ending the wrong-item, wrong-box mistakes that cost you customers.

Nothing falls through

Orders that can't be fulfilled are flagged straight to head office, to reallocate to a store with stock or refund. No dead ends.

Two-way Shopify sync

Fulfillment, tracking and refunds sync with Shopify in real time. Refund in Shopify and it reflects in the app, and vice versa.

Instant SMS, lower running costs

A text the moment an order is ready or dispatched, on your own Twilio and Australia Post accounts. No per-message or per-label markup.

Designed for Shopify. Nothing Else Required.

Order Management runs natively on Shopify locations. If you also run a POS or ERP through SAAS Integrator, it plugs into that connection too.

Required

Shopify

Locations, orders, fulfillment and refunds, and it works natively with Shopify POS in your stores. The single, and only, prerequisite: if you sell on Shopify, you already have everything Order Management needs.

Optional, if you run one through SAAS Integrator

Bring your own Twilio (SMS) and Australia Post (labels) accounts. No markup, and never a prerequisite.

Be First to Fulfill From Every Store

Built to Handle Customer Data Responsibly

Order Management uses the minimum customer data needed to prepare, notify and dispatch orders, and protects it at every step.

Minimal by design

Reads only the customer name, phone and address it needs to prepare, notify and dispatch orders. Never for marketing or profiling.

Encrypted end to end

Customer data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Automatically purged

Records are deleted after a set retention window, up to 60 days.

Role-based access and PIN

You control exactly who can see and do what, down to each action.

Shopify-compliant

The mandatory data-request and redact webhooks are implemented.

Never sold or shared

No advertising, no data resale, ever.

Common Questions

Stores & setup

No. Even one store beats warehouse-only: you can offer pickup and dispatch from store stock. The more locations you have, the more you save on delivery by fulfilling from the nearest one.

No. Order Management runs at its own URL outside the Shopify admin. Staff sign in with the app's own login, or just a PIN.

Email and password opens the app (give this to managers). A per-action PIN authorises each task and defines what that person can do. One PIN works across every store.

No. Add as many staff as you like across your store network. Each person just needs their own PIN to start working, and one PIN works at every location they are assigned to.

About ten minutes. Install from Shopify admin, set up locations, share the link. A short video covers the rest.

Picking & fulfillment

Yes, store-wide. Skip-scan is available only to staff you give permission, and the audit trail records who scanned versus picked manually.

Yes. For volume we recommend a cheap scanner attachment, but the camera works.

Flag the item with a reason. It moves to Cannot Fulfill and the Service Dashboard, where head office can reopen, reallocate to a store with stock, or refund. Nothing disappears.

Yes, in one queue. Work top-down, however you like.

Shopify & POS

No. It runs on Shopify locations alone, with no middleware or third-party app to install, and it works natively with Shopify POS.

Yes, in real time. Mark Collected or Dispatched and Shopify updates as fulfilled. Tracking and refunds sync through the native API.

Yes. It reflects both ways.

Notifications & Australia Post

Through your own Twilio account, so you pay your carrier's wholesale rate (just a few cents a message) with no markup from us. Customers get an SMS when their order is ready and when it is dispatched, alongside Shopify's standard emails.

One master account with per-location eParcel settings. Generate consignment labels, bulk manifest, and tracking writes back to Shopify. Australia Post is rolling out as the next release, shortly after launch.

Plans & getting started

No hidden fees from us. The only external costs are pay-as-you-go SMS billed directly by Twilio, and freight billed directly by your carrier such as Australia Post. Both run on your own accounts at wholesale rates, with no markup from us.
