An inventory buffer holds back a safety margin, configurable per connection, so Shopify always shows a quantity at or below true stock. Blank supplier values never wipe existing data, and any field with Sync off is never overwritten on re-sync. For suppliers with guaranteed supply, configure products to keep selling at zero stock with a known lead time.
Health flags surface suppliers that need attention. Every run logs to Import History with full results — created, updated, skipped, failed — filterable, searchable, and exportable to CSV.
Supplier data expiry automates the end of the lifecycle too: if a product stops appearing in supplier data for a number of days you set — seven, thirty, whatever fits the supplier — the app takes the action you choose. A monthly CSV supplier with fast-moving stock never leaves stale availability on your store.
List a supplier's full catalogue, created as Drafts for your review — or published instantly if the feed is trusted, it's configurable — with stock that stays in step with the supplier and a buffer that guarantees you never oversell.
